The Inflatable Verandah – A Short-Lived Revolution! 🎈💨

We had high hopes for our Inflatable Verandah™ – the world’s first blow-up garden structure, designed to give you on-demand shade and shelter at the push of a button. A verandah that inflates in minutes, deflates for easy storage, and even comes in glow-in-the-dark – what could possibly go wrong?

Well… turns out, quite a lot. 😅

Why is the Inflatable Verandah No Longer Available?

💨 Wind Issues – Despite extensive (one afternoon’s) testing, we quickly realised that a gust of wind turns this into an unintentional hot air balloon. One customer reported their verandah was last seen flying over the M25.

🏡 Structural Challenges – While we stand by the craftsmanship of our traditional aluminium verandahs, it seems that rubber and air don’t quite offer the same durability. Who knew?

🌧 Weather Resistance – While it provided great shelter in light drizzle, the moment heavier rain hit, some customers found themselves inside what can only be described as a giant water balloon.

So, while this might not have been our greatest success, we can confidently say that our traditional verandahs (made from sturdy, wind-resistant aluminium!) are still available and performing as intended.
